Designer Paula Adina Sumalan has won first prize in the "Futures" category for the Zero Boundaries Zink Product Design Competition, which asked entrants to design concepts using Zink's "inkless printing" technology.

There were quite a number of finalists to the competition, with rather interesting designs and concepts; even those submitted by supposedly amateur designers and developers had ‘pro’ written all over them.

Zink Imaging names winners in its design your own printer contest VentureBeat It is giving out $25000 in awards, with the winners including design firms and students from the US, China, Romania , Brazil and the Netherlands.
