Juan C. Van Dijk
Juan C .Van Dijk is Engineering Fellow and Director at ZINK Imaging, where he leads the Hardware Development group. Prior to joining ZINK Imaging, he spent 18 years at Polaroid Corporation where he was most recently Director, Science &apm; Technology. He led the Instant Digital Printing Hardware group and was charged with developing unique printing apparatus for new thermal media, enabling new Product Concepts, transferring technology to various US and foreign OEM/ODM partners and overseeing Engineering Development activities.

Before joining the Instant Digital Printing Division, Mr. Van Dijk was Mechanical Engineering Department Lead and Program Manager for several increasingly complex Polaroid Instant Camera Programs. He helped forge key technology transfer processes, innovative designs and alliances with Far East Camera Manufacturers that delivered the low cost, high quality design and manufacturing imperatives.

Mr. Van Dijk is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
