Thomas J. LeBlanc
Thomas J. LeBlanc is a Distinguished Engineer of ZINK Imaging where he is a member of the hardware development group serving as the lead electrical and firmware systems architect.
Prior to joining ZINK Imaging, Mr. LeBlanc worked for the Polaroid Corporation for 25 years, developing instrumentation systems, many consumer and commercial digital printing devices, and the electronics development system for various ZINK hardware configurations.
Mr. LeBlanc's experience also includes a year and a half sabbatical working in the Biotech Industry as a lead electro-mechanical-firmware system architect developing the Liat system, consisting of the groundbreaking integration and automation of several Liat™ Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT) processes and systems into one portable device.
Mr. LeBlanc received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and worked towards a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University until starting CADDESolutions, a software consulting company specializing in Computer Aided Design (CAD) parametric programming.
Mr. LeBlanc's varied interests include his family, inventing new systems, woodworking and long distance cycling.
