Team Bios

Dr. William E. Keating
Bill is Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for ZINK Imaging. Bill's career combines a wide range of experience in finance, business development, and strategic planning in a variety of organizations - from startups, to established corporations and academia. At ZINK Imaging, Inc. he will be responsible for all financial activities, human resource management, procurement, logistics, information technology systems and facilities management.

Prior to his most recent role at Polaroid where he was responsible for all of the financial accounting and planning within Polaroid's R&D group, Bill held the role of Controller and Director of Finance for Digimarc, Inc. Bill joined Digimarc after helping Polaroid sell them their ID Systems division. At Digimarc he established and implemented all internal controls, systems, and financial processes and procedures across two US operations and three international operations.

Bill has also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at two startups, Expound, Inc., formed from a JV between Intel Corporation and Lernout & Hauspie, and ProcurePoint.com, an Internet B-2-B marketplace for electronic components. Prior to this, Bill spent more than five years at Polaroid Corporation serving as both Controller and Director of Strategic Planning and then later Senior Controller for Polaroid's New Business Group, the company's worldwide greenhouse for new technologies. Bill has a BS in Finance and a PhD in Economics from Arizona State University.
