ZINK Imaging, Inc. was founded in October 2005 to commercialize a new digital printing technology. ZINK conducts basic research in digital imaging and manufactures coated media, with operations in Massachusetts and North Carolina. ZINK is working with established brands and hardware manufacturers to bring a range of innovative products to market.
Zink needs an Electrical/Systems Engineer to report directly to our ZINK’s Senior Manager of Eng and Utilities in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and improvement of process control systems in our production areas, this includes but is not limited to working with web handling equipment, chemical processing equipment, computer interfaces related to the production process.
Location: Whitsett, NC

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/knowledge:
- DC drive systems such as Automax by Reliance
- Chemical process control systems Centum by Yokogaway
- Programmable controllers such as PLC5 by Allen-Bradley
- Working with web handling control systems along with operator interface software such as Wonderware by Rockwell-Collins.
- 4 year technical degree and 5 years of relevant experience or 15 years of experience
- General working knowledge of the National Electric Code
