ZINK Paper™ Manufacturing

ZINK™ Technology was designed to be manufactured using existing photographic manufacturing processes and facilities. Manufacturing is a key critical element to the magic of ZINK Technology. In fact, many of the innovations surrounding the creation of ZINK stem from the manufacturing development team.

To complement our existing development facilities in Bedford, MA, we purchased a state of the art manufacturing facility in Whitsett, North Carolina, from Konica Minolta Manufacturing U.S.A., Inc. Located on 85 acres, the 343,000 square foot facility consists of a 285,000 square foot manufacturing building, a 27,000 square foot utility facility, and 31,000 square feet of office and laboratory space. It is located approximately 20 miles east of Greensboro, N.C..

ZINK Paper™, the heart of ZINK-enabled printing, will be manufactured in Whitsett. We at ZINK Imaging are proud and excited to have the employees of this site as part of the ZINK team. Their expertise will help to ensure a high quality product to support every customer's magical ZINK experience.
