How we make it.

The creation and the continued development in our labs of the ZINK® Technology is based on innovations and advances in multiple disciplines such as chemistry, image science, and physics. Critical to the function, performance, and magic of ZINK Technology, however, is the manufacturing of the ZINK Paper®. ZINK Paper was designed to be manufactured using existing photographic manufacturing processes and facilities. And many of the fundamental innovations on which ZINK is based stem from the manufacturing development team.
